By accessing or using OptionWalls ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Financial Advice
Important Disclaimer
All content on OptionWalls — including open interest analysis, setup scores, backtests, wall levels, and any interpretation thereof — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any backtested strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. Sharing account access is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or analysis without written permission.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our models, scoring logic, or data pipeline.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that burdens our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, models, backtests, scoring logic, and visual design on OptionWalls are the intellectual property of OptionWalls. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.
7. Data Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and timely data, but we make no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Options data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. Do not make trading decisions based solely on data from this Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptionWalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
